• Shipping & Delivery
• Items purchased on the website of The Joyful Jewel will ship within 5 days and include insurance using US Postal Service. There is no charge for shipping to United States addresses. Other arrangements (such as overnight mail or international shipping ) may be made directly with The Joyful Jewel by emailing mariah.joyfuljewel@gmail.com. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



• Sales Tax
• The Joyful Jewel charges sales tax only for purchases that are mailed to North Carolina addresses. The rate is 7%.



• Return Policy
• The Joyful Jewel Return Policy Returns must be made within seven days of purchase with credit given only for items from the same Artist. Occasional exceptions to the return policy may be made with prior arrangement and approval (at time of sale only). The return policy is subject to change at the discretion of the Gallery.
